Get in touch! Give us a call or send us an email, text, or Facebook message to let us know you’re getting married!  We will set up a time for your free personal consultation in our Zionsville office. This meeting will usually takes between 1-2 hours as we have lots to share with one another: your wedding theme and colors, invitation styles, paper colors, and so much more! Feel free to bring dress swatches, Pinterest boards, and anything else that will help share all your desires for the special day. You will have an opportunity to see and feel all the high quality paper samples available, along with printed samples of our work.
 
Free proofs! After we meet, we will then send you the first proof of your invitation free of charge. Custom invitations are hard to envision, so that first proof is on us! All proofs are done electronically via email. Based on our conversations, this first proof will include several invitation choices, using different fonts, and graphics, so you can decide which you like best. Along with this proof, you will also receive price estimates for your top few invitation choices.
 
Contract & deposit Once you fall in love with your initial proof, we will move forward by reviewing our contract. A design fee to begin work on your full invitation suite will also be due at this time.
 
Three digital proofs Over the next few weeks, you will receive three proofs of your entire wedding invitation suite: Main invite, outer envelope, enclosure cards, RSVP card/envelope, wax seals, vellum wraps, bellybands, pocketfolds, etc. All proofs are done electronically via email. Most invitations suites can be completed in three design proofs. However, unexpected changes happen from time-to-time that require a last minute change to your invitation. Additional design proofs are provided for a fee.
 
Final payment is not due until you sign off on your final proof. We will then begin printing & production on your custom, luxury wedding invitation.
 
Production & Delivery Orders take approximately 3 weeks to complete, and are picked up in our Zionsville office. Orders can be mailed for a shipping fee.
